Blue Heron Pointe is a lovely new neighborhood situated on a bluff outside the tsunami zone in Seaside, Oregon. The brand new K-12 campus is a few minutes down the road by foot, and the Pacific Ocean is a stone’s throw away. It’s also close to shops, restaurants, and the Providence medical center.

In other words, it has the three things that matter most: location, location, location!

You’re going to fall in love with the homes we’ve designed for Blue Heron Pointe. All homes include gourmet kitchens, spacious master suites, gorgeous floors, and detailed woodwork. All homes have three to four bedrooms and at least two baths. Because we care about the environment (and your wallet), we also include energy efficient windows, insulation, and appliances in every home we build.
