Our Gearhart homes are designed to be beautiful, livable, and functional. We want you to be proud of your home - and your comfort is our highest goal. All homes have gorgeous gourmet kitchens, beautiful and spacious master suites, and the high-end finishes you’d expect in this quaint coastal village. All homes include three to four bedrooms and at least two baths. Because we care about the environment (and your wallet), all of our homes also include energy efficient windows, insulation, and appliances.
